At Prime Land Property we are upfront about the fees we charge. Details of our fees can be found below. If you are aleady one of our tenants we may be able to offer a discount on referencing if you are looking to move to a new property with us.

Pre Tenancy

Admin/Credit referencing fee
1 Week rent for shared accommodation(Room) & 2 Weeks for whole property
Check in inventory carried out by third party company to be paid by new tenants (landlord will pay check out) Price is based on the size of the property, please see below

2 Bedroom - 140.00 (inc VAT)
3 Bedroom - 160.00 (inc VAT)
4 Bedroom - 200.00 (inc VAT)
5/6 Bedroom - 220.00 (inc VAT)
Typically 1 calendar month's rent (per property)

During your tenancy

Throughout the tenancy and at the end of the tenancy there are other costs that must be covered on top of the rent which you will be liable to pay. These might include:
